Situation

Our exciting collaboration with The Wellington School, a prestigious boarding school in Somerset, involved conducting energy surveys to provide19 domestic and 34 non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

The site is filled with historic and traditional buildings that have been expanded and modified over time, adding an exciting dimension to the work.

Result

Throughout this project, we were thrilled to model the school's buildings and provide comprehensive EPC and recommendation reports while the school was fully operational.

Impact

After proactive engagement, AES Sustainability Consultants successfully provided The Wellington School with both the domestic and non-domestic EPCs required.
