AES FireView

Overview

FireView is a powerful new digital module within the AES Hub platform, developed by AES Sustainability Consultants to help housebuilders manage, record and evidence fire protection measures throughout the construction process. Designed specifically for the residential sector, FireView provides a structured approach to capturing photographic evidence and supporting documentation across low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise developments.

Building on the success of AES Sustainability's award-winning SiteView module, FireView simplifies compliance processes by creating a comprehensive digital record of critical fire safety measures before they become concealed. The platform helps improve traceability, consistency and quality assurance while reducing the administrative burden on site teams.

Developed in collaboration with site managers and construction professionals, FireView guides users through the collection of photographic evidence at key construction milestones, including superstructure, pre-plaster and final completion. Typical records include cavity barriers, fire stopping, service penetrations, compartmentation details and other passive fire protection measures that are often concealed as construction progresses.

In addition to photographic records, FireView enables supporting documentation such as product certifications, commissioning certificates, installation records and specialist contractor information to be uploaded and stored alongside inspection data. All information is consolidated into a single, property-specific report, creating a complete and auditable record that can be accessed whenever required.
