What Are The Benefits of Working With Us?
Committed to Remote Working
Our team spans the entire United Kingdom, giving AES access to a diverse pool of experienced professionals, with location never being a barrier. While some roles may require specific regional presence, we strive to offer hybrid or remote working options whenever possible.
Flexible Working Hours
Our standard full-time contracted hours are 36.25 hours per week, but we offer flexibility in how you choose to complete these hours, as long as core hours are covered and our clients' needs are met.
Discretionary Bonus
Everyone working for AES can benefit from a yearly discretionary bonus dependent on company performance paid around November each year.

What Can You Expect From Social Events at AES?
Get-Togethers
We get together remotely for team meetings, service meetings and our bi-weekly company calls to stay connected and aligned on key projects and goals.
Summer Socials
Every July, we host a summer social event, including a team-building activity, a company review and update, and an evening event.
July 2024: Exmouth Beach Clean, Harbour Cruise and BBQ.
Team Away Days
We often get together for team away days to strengthen our connections with one another and celebrate achievements.
Festive Celebration
In December, we unite all employees for a Christmas get-together where we celebrate the achievements of the past year.
