On Friday 4th July, AES marked 20 years in business with a company-wide celebration held at Cullompton Rugby Club.

Staff from both AES Sustainability Consultants and AES Compliance & Testing Ltd travelled from across the country to celebrate the people who have helped shape the company’s success over the past two decades.

The day started with welcome drinks and speeches from our leadership team - Alex Brooks, Mark MacCormack and Pete Best. They reflected on some of the key milestones and achievements in AES’ journey and gave some well-deserved recognition to the staff who have been instrumental in the company’s continued success.

Celebrating the AES Spirit

The event also featured a range of team-building activities that sparked some healthy competition - a reflection of the energy and spirit that defines us at AES. The day ended with a BBQ from The Ginger Pig, drinks, and some questionable dance moves.

A huge thank-you to Katherine Boyns, who organised the event and ensured the day ran smoothly.

Looking Ahead

As AES looks to the future, our values remain the same. Being approachable, service-driven, and client-focused continues to be at the heart of who we are. Our 20th anniversary has been a chance not just to reflect on our history, but to look forward to what’s still to come.
