The Challenge
AES Sustainability Consultants are providing Legal & General Homes with an end-to-end service to ensure that energy and sustainability targets are met cost effectively by:
- Challenging complex planning conditions by working with the planners, providing a cost-effective solution, saving the client £1million by reducing PV requirement using our approach.
- Developing a value engineered specification, taking the lead from the client on their supply chain decisions, such as the use of aggregate inner leaf blockwork.
- Assisting with overheating analysis.
We will continue to coordinate and carry out the onsite air-testing and production of EPCs to provide the client with our end-to-end service.
“I have worked with AES over a number of years and they have provided me with great service at all times, their willingness to help at critical stages of the design process and make meeting at short notice with Planning Authorities is also appreciated. For me their work ethic is refreshing and they are always willing to strive to get best value for the developer.”
