Since 2006, AES Compliance & Testing have been a major player in the new build construction market, providing efficient and punctual air tightness testing to comply with ATTMA TS1, TSL1 & TSL2. Working in partnership with our sister company, AES Sustainability Consultants, we can offer the complete package from planning and design stage SAP & SBEM assessments smoothly through to air tightness testing and swift delivery of EPCs.

Other services AES Compliance & Testing can deliver include sound insulation testing, BPEC ventilation testing, thermography surveys and Veritherm surveys.

Associate Director

Stewart joined AES Compliance & Testing with a strong management background. He started in 2012 as an engineer before being swiftly promoted to Team Manager, Operations Manager and now Associate Director. He manages all the client bookings for over 500 live sites. Key to his success is being flexible and able to respond to last minute client requests so no deadlines are missed.
