From the humble beginnings of a shed in Jon’s back garden, to a slightly more comfortable (and heated) office, AES Southern has celebrated it’s 10th birthday.

The company has grown dramatically over the years as a result of the demand from developers for independent, practical advice. Jon has poured huge amounts of blood, sweat and tears into making the company what it is today, but it is also with massive thanks to the entire team who are all dedicated, hard working and share the same visions as Jon.

And what better way to celebrate a birthday than with a team photo and a slice of cake.
